Raynette Mitchell, Co-Treasurer; is the Administrative Coordinator of the Emory Clinic Cardiology Department @ Emory Healthcare Atlanta, Ga. Raynette takes pride in developing staff in the field of exceptional customer service, while empowering them with the needed tools to excel within the organization. Raynette joined Emory Healthcare in November 1994. She joined the Cardiology Department in 2003; Raynette came to Emory with a wealth of customer service and management knowledge which she promptly put to work. Raynette manages the clerical support for 22 physicians, which consists of at least 18 Secretaries, 3 Administrative Assistants, and 3 front desk Patient Service Coordinators. Raynette manages these 24 employees and works closely with the nations most elite Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and Intraventialist at Emory Healthcare, on the campus of Emory University. In this role, Raynette also works closely with the Finance Manager, Medical Director, and the Executive Director of the Cardiology Department. She assists with budgeting, hiring, training, and empowering individuals on the front line to be all that they care to be. Prior to joining Emory’s Cardiology Department, Raynette worked with the Emory Clinic Internal Medicine Department in Smyrna, Ga. for 12 years which consisted of 5 Internal Medicine docs and two dual board certified Internal Medicine/Pediatricians. Raynette specialize in customer service, and business management. Raynette graduated from Seminole High School in Sanford, Fla., then later attended Southern Business College in Orlando, Florida where she pursued her degree in Business Management.
